Transformation Survey

Part of our vision at Tenth is to be a community of spiritual transformation. We want to hear from you about your engagement in life groups, courses, or soul trios and the impact these have had on your spiritual growth. We also want to hear from you if you haven't engaged in any courses, life groups, or soul trios, so we can learn more about the obstacles. We want everyone to have the opportunity to experience transformation.

There is an option to include your email address for a chance to win a gift card to Artigiano. The draw will happen on June 30. Only the winner will be notified.
